David Hall, the Licensee-in-Charge of Benchmark Commercial was formerly a principal of Opteon Central West NSW, a valuation & property consultancy firm with offices in Orange, Dubbo and Bathurst. Having worked as a commercial valuer and property consultant in regional NSW since 1996 David recognised the need for a specialist commercial real estate agency in the growing and increasingly sophisticated Orange property market and, in recognition of that need, established Benchmark Commercial in 2007.
Since its inception in September 2007, Benchmark Commercial has grown to a position of dominance in the Orange commercial and industrial property market. Benchmark Commercial’s success is a result of the expertise, experience and dedication of its highly qualified professional staff, together with the company’s extensive property database and contacts built up over many years of market participation.
Benchmark Rural & Lifestyle
In 2013 Benchmark Rural & Lifestyle was launched in response to the demand for lifestyle properties within close proximity to the city of Orange. Benchmark Rural & Lifestyle’s focus is solely on the sale of established large lot residential and rural hobby farm properties.
David Dent heads up Benchmarks Rural and Lifestyle division. Originally brought up on the family farm near Forbes, David has been working in Real Estate since 1998. With a broad range of experience from leasing office towers in Sydney’s CBD through to marketing prestige property on the South Coast of NSW, David’s strong negotiation skills and unique marketing concepts ensure that his client’s expectations are exceeded.
